Kelly helps clients to develop healthy habits and eating patterns that will help them reach their goals – plans that fit into your lifestyle and with foods you enjoy. However, change does not happen overnight. It is recommended to have at least one follow-up session. This helps to make sure things are going well and give us a chance to work through any roadblocks.
